I find Markham Mitsubishi to be very professional and courteous. Their customer shuttle is great and clean, and the drivers are friendly. I would like a dedicated place to park my car when I bring it in for service though - i'm always searching their lot for an
acceptable place to put it.

Jack Yu did a great job servicing my car. He was polite, courteous and answered all my questions. Overall it was a great experience.
To further add, I would like to acknowledge Raymond in the Parts Deptment for providing me with exceptional customer service. He assisted me with finding me the correct parts for my car assisting me with my questions.
I will definitely come back to Markham Mitsubishi for future servicing of my car.

I only have my vehicle serviced at Mitsubishi, it's always been easy, professional, and thorough. Jack the service coordinator as always was a welcome face, extremely friendly, and provides excellent customer service. I have got my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander SE AWC, they provided me great price with great trade in value.
They picked me up and dropped me off while I was shopping around at the moment. They are very friendly and helpful. Markham Mitsubishi is very friendly dealership so I recommend it to you all.

I really prefer the on-line service provided by Markham Mitsubishi. I can only type in my service request and they replied me very quick, AND i dont need to be put on hold. So please take advantage of on-line scheduling. Convenience, quick.
